Due to the type of terrain, we regret to inform you that children under 10 or individuals suffering ill health or restricted mobility cannot take part. Heart patients and pregnant women are strongly discouraged from taking part. Dogs are not allowed.
Please wear appropriate (water proof) clothing and good fitting, knee-height wellie boots. Bring a packed lunch and drink. You are advised to bring an extra pair of dry clothes to change into after the walk.
