It is standard practice for all our volunteers to go through a Standard Disclosure procedure with the Criminal Records Bureau. If you have had a Standard Disclosure completed less than 6 months from the date of filling out this application form, you will not have to go through this process again. Please indicate here if you have a completed Standard Disclosure form Having a conviction will not necessarily prevent you from becoming a volunteer. Under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 you are not required to declare any spent convictions.
